Dear Clients, Please allow us to inform you of the changes to the Terms and Conditions that will be valid from 1 February 2023.

In particular, the changes introduced relate to situations in which the service may be suspended. These are therefore minor adjustments that will not affect most of you in any way. However, please allow us to inform you about the cases in which this intervention may occur, in addition to the standard suspension procedure for breach of the service agreement or generally binding legal regulations.
Among the newly introduced points is the possibility of suspension of the service by FAVI also in situations where it is suspected that the client:

- breaches or will breach its legal obligations towards the customers
- will not be able or willing to pay its future pecuniary obligations towards the operator
- does not meet the technical requirements for use of the service
- provides inaccurate or incorrect information in a product data feed
- there is a justified concern that the Client will not be able or willing to pay its future pecuniary obligations towards the Operator.
We have also added to the Terms and Conditions that the Client may object to the statement of the Operator's fee not later than within thirty (30) days of delivery of the statement.
