What is a shop quality score and how to increase it?
The shop quality score, together with the quality scores of individual products, forms a system we use to rank products in the catalog. Unlike the individual product scores, the shop score is general and affects all products in your campaign.
You can achieve the highest score by meeting all of the following criteria:
-
you collect reviews using FAVI Extra
-
you have the FAVI Pixel implemented
- you have automatic conversion optimization set up (your GA4 account is connected to FAVI)
-
you provide a valid avaibility value for all products in the XML feed
-
you provide description for all products in the XML feed
-
you provide alternative pictures in the XML feed (for at least 50% of active products)
-
you provide more than 3 parameters in the XML feed (for at least 50% of active products)
-
you provide delivery options in the XML feed for all products, or you have this information filled in on the Shop Overview
-
you provide a valid GTIN (EAN) in the XML feed (for at least 85% of active products)
If you do not meet any of the above points, we automatically rank your products lower in the catalog compared to your competitors. The fewer criteria you meet, the worse the ranking of your products.
To check the quality of the data sent in your XML feed, use the Product Data Quality tab in the Shop Overview.
