How is the FAVI product order determined?
The order of products is based on the product quality score multiplied by the cost per click that you have set in the system.
You can find information on how increasing the cost per click works in this article.
You can achieve a higher product quality score by using a quality feed which includes not only the required but also recommended elements (especially parameters, alternative images, delivery cost and GTIN). A high-quality feed is the most important foundation of your campaign for achieving good results.
A higher product quality score is also influenced by the product’s CTR (click-through rate), its popularity among users, good product availability (whether it is in stock and what the delivery time is), and the product’s sales performance (to give the system information about your product's sales performance, you need to have connection to Google Analytics ). Another essential component of the quality score is using the FAVI EXTRA review-collection feature and also implementing the FAVI Pixel.
In general, the ranking of products in the catalogue is also influenced by your shop’s overall score on FAVI. You can find more about this score here.
