FAVI Pixel

What is FAVI Pixel and how does it work?

FAVI Pixel is an advanced tool for accurate campaign performance measurement, better optimization, and increased sales. The tool tracks the behavior of users who arrive from FAVI - from viewing products to creating an order. This data then helps optimize your campaigns and product positions on FAVI.

In your shop overview, you can monitor data measured both directly via FAVI Pixel and in combination with GA4 data. FAVI Pixel uses the Last Click Non-Direct attribution model (FAVI was the last traffic source before the conversion occurred), but also FAVI Touch (we include all data where FAVI appears anywhere within the customer’s conversion path).
At the same time, the data is quantified to include unmeasured visits (typically visitors who block or reject the cookie bar).

Why use FAVI Pixel?

  • More accurate data than GA4 - With more than 90% cookie consent, we ensure better conversion tracking, giving you a realistic overview of what truly performs.
  • Immediate feedback – Conversion data appears in your shop overview almost instantly. No need to wait hours to see same-day results.
  • Better product ranking – Your best-selling products gain higher visibility. Implementing Pixel also contributes to a higher shop score on FAVI, helping your products achieve better positions in the catalog.
  • Easy implementation – You can set it up even without technical expertise.

How does Pixel appear in the Partner Dashboard?

Statistics

You can find Pixel data directly in Statistics, where in addition to costs we list FAVI Revenue (LND) and FAVI Revenue (Touch). For both attribution types, you will see the number of quantified transactions, quantified revenue, and the COS indicator.

FAVI Revenue (LND)

This is based on data from FAVI Pixel and/or GA4. The data is collected using the Last Click Non-Direct attribution model (same as GA4), meaning we only attribute direct transactions where FAVI is the final source in the conversion path.

To deliver the most accurate data, we combine two sources*:

  • FAVI Pixel – records transactions directly on your website
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – tracks traffic and conversions via your analytics setup

By combining both, we avoid double-counting and capture more transactions that might otherwise be missed.

*Applies only if Automatic Conversion Optimization (GA4) is enabled.

FAVI Revenue (Touch)

Here FAVI attributes all transactions in which FAVI appeared at any point during the customer journey - both direct and assisted transactions.
FAVI is credited for the order even if the customer visited FAVI while researching, but completed the purchase through another channel later.

This attribution method better captures FAVI’s real impact on product and shop selection. Many customers get inspiration on FAVI, compare offers, and return to buy via a different channel. Touch attribution measures this indirect yet significant influence as well.

With improved attribution, you gain a clearer overview of FAVI’s actual performance, enabling better bidding decisions and budgets aligned with real value.

Quantification

In both cases - FAVI (LND) and FAVI (Touch) - quantification is applied.
Sometimes GA4 or Pixel cannot track a transaction (e.g., due to missing cookie consent). Quantification adjusts for unmeasured visits to ensure real traffic is included, even if unseen by tracking systems.

How does quantification work?
  1. We calculate the click conversion rate (total measured clicks ÷ total measured transactions).
  2. This conversion rate is applied to unmeasured clicks. This quantifies the transactions and revenue generated by clicks that could not be measured due to missing cookie consent.
  3. The result (measured + quantified transactions) are quantified transactions and revenue, providing a more accurate reflection of FAVI’s true performance.

This ensures you don’t lose visibility of transactions that occurred but were not captured. We provide the most accurate and transparent overview of FAVI’s real contribution to your sales.

Quantification is applied only if there were more than 50 clicks per day. With fewer clicks, no quantification of transactions or revenue is performed.

Campaign Optimization

Within Campaign Optimization in your shop overview, you’ll find the FAVI Pixel tab, which includes not only basic statistics recorded via FAVI Touch but also a detailed list of the last 50 orders, including purchased products and prices without VAT.

Implementation

We offer three basic options for implementing FAVI Pixel. Below you will find links to the implementation manuals for each method.

The tracking code needed for deploying FAVI Pixel can be found under the Partner events tracking tab. Alternatively, contact your Account Manager to obtain it and implement FAVI Pixel using one of the following methods:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Basic Implementation (C2S)
  • Recommended Implementation (C2S + S2S)
