Where to find information about FAVI Extra in the Partners' Dashboard
Whether you have the service active, are in the testing phase, or are still unaware of what FAVI Extra is, you can find all the necessary information in the dashboard.
Go to the "Campaign Optimization" tab and select "FAVI Extra". Here, you will see the current status of your service.
Below is an overview of what you can expect to see in each phase.
Inactive service
If your service is inactive and you haven't been provided with the necessary implementation codes yet, you will find an introduction to FAVI Extra and the benefits it can bring you in the administration.
To generate the codes, don't hesitate to reach out to your contact person at FAVI.
Testing phase
If you have expressed interest in the service, your account manager has activated the testing phase, and you will find the necessary implementation codes right here. Along with the codes, you will also find all the guides to make the implementation as straightforward as possible.
During the testing phase, no questionnaires are being sent out. Once the first order is processed, the service can be switched to live mode.
Active FAVI Extra
After the first orders are processed, your account manager will contact you to switch the service to live mode, and questionnaires will be sent to anyone who places an order for a product advertised on FAVI and agrees to receive the questionnaire.
In the administration, you can also view statistics of recorded orders, the latest recorded orders, and the statistics of received ratings.
At the bottom section, you can navigate to your products with ratings, and you will also find a badge that you can add to your website.
