[Termination or extension of cooperation](https://help.favionline.com/en/faqs?hsLang=en#termination-or-extension-of-cooperation) # Can FAVI turn my campaign off? ### FAVI reserves the right to restrict or suspend cooperation for the following reasons: - If you provide information in the XML file that does not match the information on your site, for example: if the availability of the product is indicated incorrectly, if the price indicated does not match the price on your store’s website, if the product categories are incorrect or insufficiently named, if the product images do not match the product link, and so on.  - If the XML feed is not available for daily download and update from other IP addresses, - If invoices are not paid by the due date, - If the services provided by your site are judged to be of poor quality. This can damage FAVI’s reputation, especially with regard to customer complaints, - If your shop offer inappropriate goods promoting nudity or other sexual content, violence or political proclamations, - If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of sending the notification.
